Each Lamaze Childbirth Class takes place over the course of four
meetings.
Monday, February 27, 6:00 - 8:15;
Saturday, March 3,
2:00 - 5:45;
Monday, March 5, 6:00 - 8:30; &
Saturday, March 10, 2:00 -
5:45

Classes are at O'Bleness Memorial Hospital,
lower level room 08, Athens The class fee is $95 per mom (including any birth
partners). If you receive WIC the fee is $55. Although these classes are held at O'Bleness,
they are independent and focus on how you can use Lamaze's 6 Healthy
Birth Practices for an easier and safer birth of your baby. Classes
are open to all women, regardless of where
you plan on giving
birth. You don't need to give birth at O'Bleness in order to be
able to take this class. If the above class dates don't work for you, contact me. If
several people are interested, I might be able to schedule an additional
class.
For Ohio University employees -- Lamaze Classes are reimbursable if you have a medical flex spending account.
