Have you already given birth? We have a Birth Refresher Course available for experienced moms and partners. In this Refresher you and your partner will:
go over what worked and what you liked about your past childbirth(s),
review what you would like to try differently,
practice some comfort strategies, and
go over anything else you might want to.
This Birth Refresher averages 2 hours long and costs $60 per mom (including any birth partner).
If your first labor was particularly difficult or if you would like to know a lot more about labor and birth, you are welcome to take the larger course. But the moms and partners who have taken this Refresher have been able to use this time to get focused on their next birth in a comfortable, confident, and joyful way.
